One of my first jobs was driving a Ready Mix Concrete truck. Then I went to work for companies that did the concrete work. In 1992 we started Adams Concrete. We have accomplished such projects as the Southwest and North Star high schools, the Lincoln Journal Star, the Von Maur store in SouthPointe Pavillions, and the Lincoln Saltdogs stadium in Haymarket Park. We have also done work for many new and existing homes.
In 2005 after Hurricane Katrina we went down to provide our services to those who had been devastated by the hurricane. The scenes were horrific and the misplaced families and pets heartbreaking. Many had no home to return to and others could not afford to fix their damaged homes.
We have donated our time and services to Habitat for Humanity, an international organization that builds houses for those of lesser income so deserving families have an opportunity to live in a decent home at an affordable price.
Much has changed in the 40 years since I first drove that Ready Mix truck. But we are still here. Our estimates are always free so give us a call today, or head over to our contact page and fill out the request an estimate form.
